4th of July Party and Summer Design Contest

The 4th July is an important day for many american people.

Its the independence day!

And of course Chotopia is planning a huge party to celebrate 

american's independence!

Summer-themed Design Contest

Until 8th July you have the chance to create your own summer-themed item. If you win you will get your very own item! It can be ANYTHING your creativity allows for example clothing, boards, magic item litereally anything.

Guidelines & conditions: 

•      It is up to you which item of clothing you want to design: wigs, shirts, trousers, shoes, costumes, accessories - anything you can think of as long as it's summer related.
•      Your design can be hand-drawn on paper or done digitally. If you are experienced with Adobe Flash, please use this template. 
•      You are not required to illustrate your design from all perspectives. 
•      You must enter your submission in the comments section of this post. Please only provide an imgur link.

New Badge + Friend-Invite-Program + Suprise

Hey Guys!

There has been published a new position called "Promoter".

So what is a promoter, and how to become one?

Well, first things first:

-A promoter is someone who is posting interesting content over social media plattforms like Facebook,Twitter,Instagram & co.

-That way they are trying to get more people interested into playing Chotopia.

How do I become a promoter?

-Maybe there will be a recruiting time, where you can aim for the badge just like the Journalist Program

-Maybe you can become one by posting content and getting rewarded for your hard work

Invite your friends 

For the next 2 weeks you will getting rewarded for inviting your friends to Chotopia. As you can see the team is trying alot to get more players.

So how do you invite friends?

It's pretty simple: just tell them to write your name on the register page.

IF they should forget it don't worry, they don't need to create a new account

Here is a little guideline:

•      Ask your friends to sign up for free! Tell them about what makes you love to play and show them around the game.
•      He or she must be activated to be counted as an invitation.
•      Each invited person must have a game-play time of at least 7 hours (your friend needs to be active within the period of this contest).
•      These invitations are for your friends: family members/relatives will not be accounted for.
•      The invited user(s) must be registered during this contest. If reigstered before or after the contest end date, it does not count.
•      If you play other games or discuss on other forums, feel free to advertise and ask people to join Chotopia, however, please be respectful of their guidelines (ex: if they don't allow advertising of other games, then abide by those rules).
•      By the end, you will submit a comment listing all of your invited friends' names.
•      Make sure to include your name clearly so we know whose entry it is.
•      All invited names on every entry will be checked - don't cheat! That includes using family members, making your own accounts, or making new accounts for someone else. If found cheating, you will be automatically disqualified.

How the guidelines differs from previously held invite contests in terms of how you'll be rewarded:

•      The more friends you invite, the more exclusive the prize you will earn.  
•      This contest has no place ranking, every user is eligible for all the prizes available.
•      It is important to note that players must be from different locations in order to count.

Journalist Program has ended

The journalist program has come to an end and the journalist has been chosen.

Some more updates and review of the Summer Party!!!

Hey Guys!

This summer seems to be very productive, one update after another.

Im very proud of our Chobots-Team, and that they try to improve our game experience every day.

But first things first: let's talk about the new stuff as always.

Chotopia Level System has been improved

•      The maximum level a Chobot can reach has been raised from level 60 to 80.
•      For Juniors, this now caps at level 50, previously level 30.

The forrest has been replaced

If you were looking for the forrest , you may noticed its gone.

To be honest it was a boring place anyways, but now our designers created something awesome

                                         

It looks awesome doesn't it? Kinda like a mystic fairy tree haha. and the air bubble around it makes it

even better!

New Level System Shop

Our lovely wizard is back! But he decided to stop selling magic items.

Now he offers great items depending on your Chobot-Level!

Summer Party Review

The party was awesome, there were over 25 Chobots online and we had alot of fun including

music, rain and of course MAGIC!

(Sadly I forgot to take screenshots, so I had to use them from the official blog)

They were all so fancy dressed, so 3 of them got awarded with 2,00$ right into their wallet!!!!Make sure to check out my blog for more stuff getting uploaded in the future. ( Including content that's not getting published on the official blog!!!)

Summer Party + Update

Hey guys!

There is a brand new update available, a pretty huge one to be honest.

Many awesome changes have been released which I will talk about below.

Changes to events

1) There will be contests available the whole month, where you can earn points without
the help of other people. 

2) But there will also be contests where you can play together.

3) A new feature has been added called "x2 Bugs / x2 XP"

•        The multiplier events will occur 4 times a month, and occur on the following days of every month:

Bugs multiplier days: 01, 08, 15, 22, 29

Experience multiplier days: 02, 09, 16, 23, 30

For example, the next multiplier event begins today on Chotopia time (06/15/2018). Following this format, you can see the next multiplier event after today's will be on 06/16/2018 and so on.

•        Juniors will earn 2x the amount of bugs and experience, whereas Citizenship holders will earn x3. Chotopians with a boost can earn x4 and Boost + Citizenship can earn x5 the amount.
•        These events do last a full 24 hours of Chotopia time.

But don't worry you don't need to learn on which day they are available. 

You can always check them at the newspaper

Bug Fixes 

1)        Issues with Choproff and arcade games have been resolved.

2)        Palm tree paintballs splash effect fixed.

All $hop Items have been restocked!!!! 

but thats not all you also get 50% BONUS IF YOU FILLUP YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!

So don't miss the chance to get all these fancy schmancy items!

Summer is coming so Chotopia decided to bring back Journalists!

So what are Journalists?
-They are regularly blogging about Chotopia.
 For example: Events, Winners, New Things, Partys and other stuff.

What are the advantages of being a Journalist?
-An updated Journalist Badge on your playercard
-Become an Elite Journalist by being a Journalist for a minimum of 3 consecutive months.
-An exclusive Journalist only Playercard
-A Purple Journalist name tag
-A Journalist feather
-One week of free citizenship at the beginning of each month
-The ability to PC Moderators even if they are blocked
-Your blog will be listed on the Official Chotopia Blog
-The possibility for your blog to be featured on the play page
-You will be invited to write one Official Blog Post
-The ability to have your own contests on your blog with their own prizes!

  What are the requirements to qualify as a Journalist?
 -Your blog must be updated a minimum of 2 times every 2 weeks.
 -Your posts must be written by yourself, not taken directly from the Official Chotopia Blog or anyone else's Chotopia blog(s).
 -You have permission to use Chotopia Blog's pictures regarding events, recaps, and contests, but we encourage you to get creative and use your own work.
 -The blog MUST relate to Chotopia in some way (Parties, Events, Competitions, Updates, Etc).
